Nah. been working on a project, nurturing my vegetable garden, and re-educating my body to Yoga.
The project, for now, is hush-hush. Shhh...
My garden is doing well, thank you. Parsley, chervil, sage, ruby lettuce, mustard, lovage, rosemary, habaneros, serranos, cherry peppers, beets, arugula. My compost, however, needs some help. Ants! In my compost! What the hell... They'll help break it down more quickly. Now, if I can only keep them from biting.
Yoga? I started a food prep job a month ago at The Pepper Mill. Not used to standing in one of three basic positions in a six-hour day. Happy Serendipity. Caveman's revised schedule prohibits me from my daily morning walk. (He follows me.) So, I decided to go back to Yoga.
Oh, bless you Caveman. These poses are exactly what I needed. Not only is my physical body experiencing a rejuvination, but my mental/emotional/spiritual bodies are falling in line too.
